إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ
1. Innaa anzalnaahu fee lailatil qadr
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ
2. Wa maa adraaka ma lailatul qadr
لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
3. Lailatul qadri khairum min alfee shahr
تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
4. Tanaz zalul malaa-ikatu war roohu feeha bi izni-rab bihim min kulli amr
سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ
5. Salaamun hiya hattaa mat la’il fajr
Surah Qadr English Translation
Certainly We sent it down in Shab-e-Qadr. And what did you know, what Shab-e-Qadr. Shab-e-Qadr is better than a thousand months. In this, angels and Gabriel descend for every work by the order of their Lord. He is safe till the morning dawns.
Surah Qadr Benifits
اِنَّاۤ اَنْزَلْنٰهُ فِیْ لَیْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ: Indeed, We revealed that Quran in Shab-e-Qadr. That is, indeed, We revealed that Quran Majeed from (the Iron-e-Mahfooz) towards (the Sky-e-the-world) once in the Shab-e-Qadr.
Translation-Qanzul Arifan: Verily We revealed this Quran in the Shab-e-Qadr. And do you know what Shab-e-Qadr is? Shab-e-Qadr is better than a thousand months.” (Sunanul Kabiri Lil Bayhaqi, Kitabus Siam, Babu Fazli Lailatil Qadr, 4/505, Al-Hadith: 8522)
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas bin Malik Raziallahu Taala Anhu, Rasool-e-Karim Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, ‘Allah Taala has gifted Shab-e-Qadr to my Ummah and has not given this night to anyone else before this. Gone.'” (Musnad Firdaus, Babu Alif, 1/173, Al-Hadith: 647)
